Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Proof of purchase is required. Items damaged due to customer misuse or handling are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund after verification.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us to request a Return Label.
The Return Label can be downloaded and printed. We will also provide the return shipping address.
Once the return is approved and the item is shipped back, please share the tracking information with us.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time is 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged.
Shipping Cost for Returns
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by us.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
