1.What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only.
2.How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (MST) are processed the same day.
3.What are the shipping times?
Delivery within the United States usually takes 5–15 business days after shipment.
4.Is shipping free?
Yes, all orders are shipped free of charge.
5.Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, following our Return & Refund Policy. Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
6.What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund after verification.
7.How will I get a return label?
Contact us to request a Return Label. You can download and print it, and we will provide the return address.
8.How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
